Rico Suter Winemaker Dinner, Oct 31

We are pleased to welcome to Canada South African Winemaker Rico Suter of Rico Suter Wines, to be released here in Saskatchewan for the first time.

We will be showcasing a five-course tasting menu (with vegetarian option), paired with five of Mr. Suter’s fantastic wines.

- Pickerel Cheek Tostada with Apple Ginger Guacamole and Goat Cheese

 Second Course (Rico Suter Pinotage 2006 )

- Pumpkin Porcini Ravioli with Sun-dried Tomato Creme

 Entree (Rico Suter Cabernet Sauvignon/Petit Verdot )

- Lamb Shanks with Ras El Hanout, Grilled Sweet Potato and Chioggia Beets
